The Model
Why Santex doesn’t choose between talent and AI and how this third path defines everything we do.

Judgement over tools
The industry seems to have two responses to AI. The first is to automate everything possible: reduce teams and cut costs. The second is to ignore the shift altogether and protect what already works. We’re choosing neither.
A third path exists. We call it the hybrid model: teams where human talent and artificial intelligence work in layers, each strengthening the other. With AI supporting them, people can do what previously wasn’t possible. More opportunities, more value, and greater impact for every hour invested.
Technology doesn’t innovate on its own. People do it. And in a world where everything is done faster, what’s missing isn’t the tool, but the judgment required to use it correctly.
“We want people to offer more value, not less,” says Juan Santiago, CEO of Santex. “If someone who used to take eight hours to complete a task can now do it in one, those extra hours aren’t a threat, they’re an opportunity. The question we should be asking goes beyond saving time. It’s about the added value people can create.”
While much of the industry is focused on shrinking teams, we’re moving in the opposite direction. We want to add human talent capable of guiding artificial intelligence with empathy and long-term vision. energy efficiency. We’re not operationally carbon neutral, and we’re transparent about it: offsetting is a measurable commitment and a starting point, not the finish line. Our goal is to steadily reduce emissions at the source year after year.
The driving force behind these achievements has always been the same: developing technology that creates a positive impact. In an industry that moves faster than any regulation or ethical consensus, our purpose is what gives us the clarity to say no when others would say yes.
Our values are clear:
Courage to keep moving despite the lack of guarantees.
Passion that distinguishes technology from humanity.
Trust built through honesty and the ability to acknowledge mistakes.
Participation, because the best decisions come from open, honest conversations across different perspectives.
These aren’t just statements or slogans. They are values we practice, measure, and shape together.
